Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged/preauthorized a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 3 days before arrival. Group of two or more room cancellations within the 7 day period will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Non-refundable booking will be charged at any time of the booking. When customers are charged for cancelled accommodation, we will attempt to re-sell the room(s) and reimburse the resell price to the guests if successful.

Check-Out Policy
For failure to check out on time management may enforce a penalty of $20/hour.
General Policies
Apartments 118 has a NO smoking policy. Any guests smoking in rooms will incur a penalty of $200 and management may remove the occupants if deemed necessary.
Any damage or loss/theft of equipment from your apartment will be charged at replacement value.
Any excessive cleaning required over our normal cleaning standards will incur an applicable charge, either by the hour or paid professional services.
Guests are liable for any illegal use of the internet.
Key loss or damage charge is $20.
Apartments 118 will not be liable for any occupant's valuables or equipment while staying with us.
Guests acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for the payment in full of all costs associated with this accommodation. They also give their authorization to charge their credit card given, for any unpaid charges, any damage, and theft from the unit during the period of their occupancy.
